Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver person-centered support and programs to tenants
• Mentor and support Housing Support Workers in duties
• Coordinate property-related concerns with management




• Advocate for tenants with community agencies
• Assist in onboarding and training staff
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in non-profit housing
• One year of supervisory experience in related fields
• Strong knowledge of Housing First and harm reduction practices
• Ability to manage crisis situations effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
