In this role, you'll create value in patients' lives by executing the NECE protocol. As an Associate Optometrist, you will work alongside the Store Manager to maintain a motivating workplace and facilitate innovation. Responsibilities include accurate diagnostics, effective patient communication, and facilitating training for Associate Doctors to ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional patient and customer service
• Conduct accurate patient diagnoses and recommendations
• Coach Associate Doctors on clinical procedures
• Collaborate with the Store Manager for staff performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
• Doctor of Optometry is required
• Knowledge of current optometric technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
