Responsibilities Process and maintain daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness Review and allocate corporate credit card transactions to the appropriate accounts and accounting periods Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when needed Record and reconcile monthly revenue entries Support the month-end close Collaborate with the Facilities Department to ensure transaction details and documentation are complete Review and approve employee benefit reimbursement requests in accordance with internal policy Assist in analytical review and investigation of monthly financial performance of Company Finance point of contact for all questions Personality Detail-oriented and organized Robust work ethic and integrity Selfless and customer oriented Qualifications and Experience 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting or similar financial operations role Experience and understanding of accounting processes Familiarity with SME accounting software like Xero, QBO or Sage Good knowledge of financial reporting Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite (with emphasis on Excel skills) Good communication skills in French & English Does this position interest you?
