- You?ve got 2+ years in busy full-service kitchens and can handle the rush without breaking a sweat
- You?ve led a station or run a brunch service and thought ?I could run the whole damn thing?
- You?re obsessed with flavour and get stupidly excited about seasonal ingredients
- You?d rather teach the new kid how to sear properly than just fix it yourself
- You?re reliable, coachable, and have a fire in your belly to be great
- Food Safe, ProServe, First Aid, WHMIS (or willing to get them quick)
