Reporting directly to the Transportation Manager, this Transportation Supervisor role is an excellent opportunity to oversee staff management, evaluate route allocation, and act as a true change agent on a daily basis.Our client, a well-established and respected company in its industry, is seeking aTransportation Supervisorto oversee activities related to customer order coordination. Reporting directly to the Transportation Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in team management, route optimization, and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & HR:Oversee all aspects of team management, including scheduling and payroll, evaluate employee performance, and collaborate with HR regarding disciplinary matters and absenteeism.Compliance & Standards:Ensure strict adherence to the collective agreement, company policies, and Health and Safety (H&S) regulations.Route & Delivery Optimization:Evaluate and optimize route distribution, manage special deliveries, and work closely with the customer service department.Continuous Improvement:Develop key performance indicators (KPIs),
