Compensation & Benefits

- Independent contractor position
- High volume of assessments to help build your caseload quickly

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Pelvic health training required
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and continuing education
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

- Independently assess, treat, and manage a pelvic health patient caseload
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide evidence-based pelvic health physiotherapy services
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, exercises,



and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to support optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in career development and mentorship opportunities

Skills

- Prior pelvic health training required, with additional certifications considered an asset
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
