Accountable for quality, safety, financial performance, and operational efficiency, this role ensures the delivery of accurate and timely diagnostic services aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards. As a member of the Hospital Management Team, the Manager fosters a culture of continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, and team engagement. This position plays a critical role in advancing high-quality laboratory services and supporting the organization’s commitment to safe, patient-centered care.**What You Bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)* Minimum 6 years of relevant laboratory experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)* 3–5 years of progressive leadership/management experience* Member in positive standing with CMLTO* Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills* Knowledge of hospital information systems and MS Office applications* Effective organizational, time management, and change management skills* Demonstrated ability in resource and financial management* Effective judgment and decision-making skills, consistent with the profession’s standards of practice.* Commitment to professional development and continuous quality improvement* Experience working with digital pathology**What You’ll Be Doing:*** Provide overall leadership and direction for Laboratory Pathology Services* Ensure compliance with legislative, accreditation, and professional standards* Lead quality management,
