Forest Heights Childcare & OSC is looking for a caring, energetic, and reliable Early Childhood Educator (Level 1 or Level 2) to join our team!

Requirements:

- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 1 or Level 2 Certification
- Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving the daycare van
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment

Responsibilities:

- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
- Plan and support age-appropriate activities.
- Maintain positive relationships with children, families,



and coworkers.
- Safely transport children using the daycare van for school pick-ups and drop-off.
- Work with ages 12 months to 12 years.
- Communicate with the parent and child, using nonverbal cues.
- Monitor, assess, and react to the behavior of children in your care.

Versatile language requirement:

- French not required

Language:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 1 or 2 , First aid, Police clearance (required)
