What you'll do

- Continuously monitor system performance and data integrity to ensure optimal functionality across all platforms.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to identify potential issues before they escalated, ensuring proactive management of system health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights that enhance system performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis on identified issues, documenting findings and recommending actionable solutions.
- Assist in the implementation of monitoring tools and technologies that improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in regular audits of systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.




- Provide training and support to team members on monitoring practices and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to monitoring and analytics, applying this knowledge to enhance Uja's capabilities.
- Engage in troubleshooting activities, working closely with IT and development teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management, ensuring clear communication of complex data insights.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for monitoring activities, ensuring consistency and quality in processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a monitoring or analytical role, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in SQL or similar querying languages.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and software, such as Grafana, Nagios, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills,



both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Nice to have

- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their monitoring capabilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
