Our travel & tourism client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join their team.This is remote from Montreal. This will be for 10+ months, fulltime hours per week. This is a recent role on the team, and you will be mainly working on creative assets.The rate is $30.00 per hour T4.What you'll be doing:managing the intake of projects from internal stakeholders across Canada, U.S., and International markets, ensuring all briefs are complete and actionablecoordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables across Design Leads, Production Designers, Writers, Video Producers, and Video Editorsfacilitating communication between the creative team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and expectationsworking with spec sheets, design files,



and creative briefs to verify that all information is accurate and sufficient for the team to executetracking project progress in Asana, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and deadlines are metbuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, establishing trust and collaboration across teamssupporting the creative team by removing barriers, clarifying requirements, and ensuring they have everything they need to succeedensuring all projects meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectationsSkills needed:2+ years of experience.experience with Asanaagency experience is a must.an eye for design and creativity.experience working on a fast paced team, and working on creative assets
