This encompasses all Business Units as well as certain legal entity topics. We are looking for a leader of a small team, sparring partner of the legal entity CFO as well as primary point of contact for regional and global stakeholders.Suitable candidates will be ableDrive performance through KPI-/fact-based transparency and convincing argumentationsLead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processSupport the entities financial closing process, liquidity management as well as financial governance activitiesCreate results quickly in a complex matrix organization and fast-paced business environmentCommunicate with and present to executive stakeholders internationally, while building trustworthy relationships with themDrive continuous improvement and digitalization enabling tangible productivityResponsibilities & TasksEnsuring accuracy and integrity of financial dataReliable and timely reporting of P&L,
Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements alongside annual budgeting and monthly forecasting meeting respective business needsMonitor and analyze financial performance to proactively identify areas for improvement and cost‑saving opportunitiesDevelopment of fact-based decision proposals and financial strategiesPreparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management and stakeholdersCollaborate across own organization driving harmonization as well as digitalization of financial tools and processesLead, coach and develop local talentRequired Knowledge / Skills, Education, and ExperienceMaster’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field; may be substituted withsubstantial years of working experience in similar position(s); CPA certificationis a plus, but not a must5+ years of working experience in a finance‑related function, preferably controlling and commercial project managementStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a solution‑oriented mindset and can‑do mentalityAbility to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a dynamic, fast‑paced environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsAssertiveness and resilienceBuilds constructive and effective relationships across organizations and hierarchiesSalary is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 90,000 CAD - $ 140,000 CAD, excluding bonus and advantages.
