Support Enercare’s sales goals as a Sales Support Coordinator in High Meadow. This 4-month temporary position focuses on customer service, product info, and sales achievement.
As part of Enercare Inc., one of Canada’s largest home services companies, you'll play a critical role in facilitating sales for HVAC products, duct cleaning, and more. You'll partner with field staff, manage customer requests, and ensure high-quality booking for Energy Management Consultants. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks while promoting Enercare’s products effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer requests for HVAC and other products
• Promote Enercare’s services and seek upsell opportunities




• Achieve sales conversion targets and call quality metrics
• Maintain customer database with accurate sales appointment data
• Support peers and mentor recent coordinators
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education an asset
• Previous sales or call center experience required
• Strong MS Office and Salesforce skills
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
• Strong organizational and communication skills
