This role is essential in maintaining relationships with suppliers and crafting memorable beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee bar and beverage program operations daily
• Develop cutting-edge cocktail lists and maintain standards




• Build relationships with beverage suppliers for new products
• Train staff and ensure adherence to operational standards

Requirements:
• 3+ years in fine dining or high-volume hospitality
• WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate is an asset
