About this role We are recruiting for anApplication & Integration Developerto join theIT teamat ourBurnabyhead office.In this role you will develop database‑driven applications and SQL solutions; build integrations between business systems; and be involved with a team to manage enterprise application configuration and administration—while safeguarding database performance, integrity, and security, delivering ETL/reporting, and coordinating requirements and UAT with end users.Your responsibilitiesApplication development, web based and mobile platformsDatabase configuration, maintenance and support, including backupsDefine and maintain integrity of master data across database/applications systemsExtract, transform, and import data into the data warehouseWrite, refactor, and maintain existing SQL codeDevelop and maintain SQL based reports for systems such as JD EdwardsMaintain and enhance existing custom applications and toolsDevelop add‑ins and extensions for modeling tools such as RevitUse AI‑assisted development tools (e.G., Cursor.Ai) to optimize coding efficiency and solution deliveryBuild and support integrations between enterprise applications (e.G., JDE, Procore, Fieldpoint)Develop automation and integration scripts to streamline workflows and data movementGather and document business requirements and processesCoordinate with end users for UAT related to data, reporting, and databasesYour experience and skillsDegree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Management, or related courses and certifications5+ years of experience with Application development and relational databasesExperience managing production databases, ETL processes, data extraction, and backend integrationsProficiency with scripting languagesExperience supporting or developing reports for enterprise systemsAble to design and support integrations between business systemsExperience developing Revit add‑ins,



an assetFamiliarity with AI‑assisted development toolsExperience building or maintaining data warehouse environments, an assetKnowledge of Procore, Fieldpoint, or construction/operations systems, an assetSelf‑motivated with sound judgmentAble to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environmentsCollaborative with excellent customer service skillsAbility to elicit and assess feedback effectivelySalary range $95,000 - $115,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package.
