This is not a maintenance role—it's an opportunity to define the product vision, hire and grow a team, and bring new solutions to market that help senior living communities thrive. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, market development, and execution, partnering with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products that operators love and drive meaningful business results.The ProductThe Senior Living platform addresses critical operational and care delivery challenges facing operators today—including resident management, move-in workflows, billing, pharmacy integration, and care coordination. You will own the vision and roadmap for this portfolio, ensuring we deliver solutions that reduce administrative burden, improve care outcomes, and help communities operate more efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Own the Product Vision & RoadmapDefine and evangelize a compelling product vision for Senior Living that aligns with company strategy and market opportunityCreate and execute a multi-year roadmap, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term platform betsMake decisive prioritization tradeoffs using data, customer insights, and business judgmentDeeply Understand the MarketBecome the internal expert on senior living operators—their workflows, pain points, and business modelsMaintain a sharp understanding of the competitive landscape,

The CAD base salary range for this position is $213,000 - $237,000 plus bonus or commission, equity, and perks. The range reflects target new hire salaries across CAD locations. Individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and location.
