Senior Graphic Designer (Toronto/Etobicoke) Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of creative solutions across all brand touchpoints while maintaining strong brand consistency and integrity Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, Sales, Events, Retail, Roundhouse, Beau’s Brewery, and other internal teams to deliver thoughtful, on-brand creative work Act as a senior creative voice on projects, providing direction and feedback Collaborate with the brand team to evolve existing brand systems and develop new visual identities, guidelines, and assets from the ground up Conceptualize and produce a wide range of print and digital deliverables, including (but not limited to): Posters, sell sheets, packaging, merchandise, vehicle wraps, websites, eCommerce assets, presentations, social media assets, digital signage, online advertising, etc. Create custom illustrations and light animations as required to support brand storytelling Confidently present creative concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and constructively challenging ideas when needed Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to quote projects, place purchase orders, and ensure high-quality production outcomes Prepare files for prepress and print production, ensuring accuracy across colour, die lines, and supplier specifications Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines Contribute to brainstorming and concept development sessions to continually push the visual identities of our brands Stay current on design, packaging,



and digital trends and proactively share insights with the Creative and Marketing teams Maintain organized design files, asset libraries, and documentation to support team efficiency and scalability Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, spending 1 to 2 days per week in our offices and remaining days working remotely AI Disclosure: We do not use Artificial Intelligence in our recruitment and selection process Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 per year. The salary will reflect your experience, skills and perspective you bring to the role. Skills and Experience College or University degree in Graphic Design (preferred) 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an in-house creative team or agency environment Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion Strong conceptual thinker with a refined sense of typography, layout, colour, and brand systems Deep understanding of graphic production processes, including prepress, print finishes,
