You Are Develop agents using Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, and Power Platform and potentially Copilot agents (Teams and Sharepoint). The Opportunity Translate business needs into technical requirements and build plans. Implement testing, monitoring, and quality controls to ensure reliability and ease of use. Incorporate feedback from GWS stakeholders and teams along the way. Assess remaining use cases for feasibility, level of effort, and sequencing. Build additional agents based on available capacity and operational value. Deliver relevant documentation based on the building of the agents, their knowledge bases, and where data sources and documents live. Organize everything into SharePoint, Teams or other environments as needed. Answer questions and incorporate feedback as bots are built, tested, deployed, and adopted by the community. Provide initial support to be eventually taken over by Internal Teams. Partner with GWS and internal IT to ensure tools can be owned, supported,



and enhanced long term without ongoing vendor reliance. Document integration points and dependencies. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What You Need Ability to translate operational challenges into structured, AI-enabled workflows. Skilled in facilitating requirement-gathering and co-design sessions with non-technical teams. Experience delivering solutions for both small internal groups and enterprise-scale audiences. Contribute to adoption of the agents as they are integrated into the Gates environment. Firsthand experience building bots/agents in Copilot Studio, ChatGPT and Pro-code environments such as Azure AI Foundry. Proficiency with multi-step workflows in Power Automate. Ability to securely integrate structured and unstructured data sources both internally and externally (e.G., SharePoint, 3rd party business applications, Knowledge Graph) through connectors and MCPs. Data modeling experience or understanding of data modeling or traditional machine learning modeling. Experience building solutions on Azure Governed cloud. Governance & Security: strong understanding of RBAC, permissions,



and secure data handling. Experience working in environments with strict compliance and data-protection requirements. Ability to produce clear, IT-ready technical documentation. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, education, and experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation where roles are hired in various U.S. markets. Role Location and Benefits Role Location: Ontario Compensation Range: $113,000-$170,000 Benefits: Full-time regular employees accrue vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, and may receive paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
