identification requirements and or define the scope of renovations for tenderIdentify and manage the elements of project designs and construction likely to cause disputes and claims, recommend solutions to mitigate riskProvide strategic and creative input into the design of compelling programs, including visual merchandising expertise on maximizing sales potential with strong storytelling and impactful displaysExpertise in 3-D visualization including SketchupIndependently present design programs to the executive teamLead the design of one store and a strategic program (minimum)Develop Creative Briefs and support development of business cases for design and collaboration with stakeholder teams, as required.Keep evergreen all applicable store footprints and guidelines for external pitches to vendorsKeep evergreen all applicable store footprints including engineer-designed performance industry standards, product and design innovationUnderstand municipal regional and provincial building maintenance requirements and provide guidance to stores to ensure compliance (e.G. waste, fire codes and safety)Develop, implement, manage, and report on programming such as design schedules and required approval meeting presentations according to the scheduling guidelines,
