What you will do

- Consult with guests and recommend cuts, colour and treatments for their hair and lifestyle
- Cut, colour, highlight, style and treat to the Fresh & Co. standard
- Build and grow a loyal personal clientele, and rebook every guest
- Recommend take-home products you believe in
- Keep a clean, welcoming station that meets Alberta health standards
- Take part in ongoing education and team training

What we are looking for

- An Alberta Hairstylist Journeyperson Certificate, or status as a registered apprentice in good standing
- A portfolio of your work (your Instagram is perfect)
- Solid cutting and colour fundamentals, and warm consultation skills
- A reliable, team-first attitude
