Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate payroll processing with project stakeholders
• Maintain payroll filing systems per auditing procedures
• Manage employee documents including qualifications and training
• Assist in tracking productivity data and project costs
• Perform payroll duties—submissions, audits, and calculations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration
• Minimum of 2 years in data entry and administration
• Familiarity with SAP is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
