They will oversee daily in office construction activities, ensuring they adhere to project timelines, safety standards and quality expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating trades, supervising site staff, monitoring progress, maintaining project schedules and managing on-site logistics. Additionally, the role involves problem-solving, quality control and effective communication across the board.Responsibilities and Duties:Supervise all personnel at the site levelMaintain the construction schedule while holding trades and suppliers accountableWork with subcontractors and suppliers with planning and completion of the work,



reading drawings and interpreting specificationsCoordinate delivery of materials to the siteCoordinate required inspections with required cities and departmentsEnsure compliance with martini levels of quality while maintaining the design intent, safety standards, budget and scheduleIdentify and address subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standardsQuality control - proactively address deficienciesEnsure trades rectify all deficiencies on a timely mannerResolves complaints and grievances that may arise within the workforce at the jobsiteEnsure that the job site is always kept in a clean, organized, and adhering to job safety standardsWork directly with our Project Managers and our office design staff.
