assess and identify risks, develop and implement risk mitigation plans, and forecast.Program Planning: develop suitable budget allocations for ATS labour and materials, oversee program schedule development and identify all critical‑path activities, conduct the Initial Project Build Plan meeting, and manage program resources to ensure adequate assignment to all tasks.Program Financial Management: estimate revenue recognition by quarter, ensure timely invoicing and monitor receivables, work with the Financial Analyst to submit all billings on time, prepare documentation for each program milestone payment, and obtain necessary FAT, SAT, or other customer approvals for on‑time payment and program closure.Program Forecasting: prepare accurate financial and resource forecasts and reports for ATS Management.Team Leadership: demonstrate extreme ownership, mentor the Program PM team, lead by example, conduct regular team meetings, issue weekly program updates, coordinate post‑project review, share best practices, and harmonize practices.Customer Relationship Management: act as customer advocate, deliver maximum customer satisfaction, develop long‑term relationships, elevate issues to the next level of ATS management, and partner with the ATS Account Manager to manage the customer.Management Reporting: participate in employee evaluation of Program Managers, track all contract changes, prepare Change Order Requests (CORs) as needed, and ensure approval workflow.Business Development: recognise change‑order opportunities, support sales with customer visits and presentations, assist in developing existing strategic accounts, and promote aftermarket service offerings and spare parts packages.ComplianceEnsure all business activities meet the highest ethical standard and comply with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.Safety: conduct all project activities per ATS and legal standards, prepare and act upon a PSHSR, demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environment compliance, hold team members accountable, implement and maintain the health/safety/environment management system,



carry out hazard assessments, inspections and audits, ensure training is provided per the matrix, implement corrective measures, provide safe equipment and supervision, and take prudent precautions.Assist Applications Engineering with quotations and customer interaction; attend program status meetings as requested by the Director of Program Management.QualificationsEducationA three‑ or four‑year engineering degree or diploma (electrical, mechanical, electronics or controls) is required.
