Starting Rate of pay: $23.67/hour

Shifts Available and Hours

Rotating shifts (Days / Afternoons / Midnights) as per the production schedule, as follows:

- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours are determined based on operational needs and seniority under the Collective Agreement.

Shift Premium

- $0.65/hour extra for the night shift
- $0.50/hour extra for the afternoon shift

What you will be doing

- Operate saw equipment to safely cut aluminum profiles according to customer specifications.
- Read production orders and verify dimensions using measuring tools.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met.
- Stack, package, and prepare finished material for the next stage of production or shipment.
- Follow all health, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while working as part of the production team.

Required Education/Experience

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience operating industrial machinery
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)





Preferred Skills/Qualifications

- Ability to safely lift at least 100 lbs with a partner on a repetitive basis
- Flexibility to work on all shifts as per operational needs (day, evening and overnight)
- Experience operating saws or other industrial manufacturing equipment
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers and squares)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable team player with a strong focus on safety
- Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
