Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare food under the Sous Chef’s guidance
• Make cold trays and sandwiches accurately
• Prepare salads, dressings, and fresh vegetables
• Cook food using various methods (bake, roast, steam)
• Maintain stock inventory and presentation standards
Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• Minimum 1-year culinary experience in a restaurant
• Passion for food and culinary arts
• Hot and cold food preparation experience preferred
• Ability to follow directions in a rapid-paced environment
