Flexibility and capability to take on various tasks - Customer service background/experience 2-4 years - High processing volumes position. Must have attention to details, problem solving, being able to improve processes Nice to have skills: - Previous programming experience required (VBA or other programming languages, with examples of projects) - Technical background- Coding skills, macros - Previous banking experience EDUCATION: post-secondary required. 2-4 years of relevant experience.
