We’re looking for a senior product marketing leader.The Team:Reporting to our Director of Product Marketing, you’ll lead a team of four product marketers and own the commercial outcomes for the portfolio. You won’t just market products, you’ll drive how they’re packaged, positioned, and adopted. You’re not rebuilding, you’re adding a leadership layer that gives them strategic direction, coaching, and commercial accountability.You’ll also work closely with Product Management, Lifecycle Marketing & StrategyThe Role:You will own commercial growth across our add-on and plan upgrade portfolio. This is Jobber’s growth engine: the products and programs that drive, expand revenue per account, and turn single-product customers into multi-product ones. It’s where product marketing meets business strategy and it has a direct, measurable impact on Jobber’s revenue.The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will:Own revenue growth for Jobber’s add-on and plan upgrade portfolio — attach rate, ARPA (Average Revenue Per Account), upgrade MRR, multi-product adoption, and trial-to-paid conversion are your numbersLead, coach, and develop a team of four product marketers spanning domain GTM, portfolio growth strategy, and segment positioningDefine and drive packaging and monetization strategy, bundling, pricing inputs, promotions, and plan evolution, in partnership with Strategy, Product and FinanceBuild growth strategy across marketing, sales, lifecycle, and in-product surfaces, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities and focusing the team’s energy thereEstablish the performance rhythm for the portfolio: quarterly growth targets, leading indicator tracking, business reviews, and the discipline to cut what’s not working and double down on what isPartner deeply with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities based on commercial signal, what customers need, what drives revenue,
and what creates competitive differentiationChampion commercial rigor across the PMM function, bring clarity to how the team measures impact, sets targets, and reports on outcomesTo be successful, you’ll need:Deep experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or commercial strategyProven people leadership experience, managing PMMs or equivalent rolesDeep experience in B2C SaaS; SMB or mid-marketexperience strongly preferredA track record of owning commercial outcomes, revenue, adoption, attach, conversion, not just launch executionExperience with packaging, pricing, or monetization strategyAbility to self‑direct in ambiguous environments, you don’t wait for a playbook, you build oneProven ability to build trust quickly across functions, with Product, Marketing, and leadershipA coaching mindset, you develop people by giving them ownership and holding them accountable to outcomes, not by micromanagingDecisive with incomplete information – a bias to action over analysis paralysisThink like a business owner, not just a marketer – you naturally gravitate toward “what’s the revenue impact?” over “what’s the campaign plan?”A high standard of excellence and contagious pride for the work your team shipsLocation:We believe great collaboration is intentional, and sometimes that means coming together in person to build, brainstorm, and connect. This role has a minimum annual salary of $151,200, a midpoint of $177,900 and a maximum salary of $204,500, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills,
experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long‑term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect solid potential with room to develop.
