Technical Project Manager / Solutions Consultant — Epicor ERPWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Solutions Consultant to join a growing Epicor ERP partner organization. This is a client-facing role focused on scoping projects, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and preparing accurate customer quotes — not hands-on development.You’ll act as the bridge between clients and the delivery team/ development team, ensuring projects are properly architected and aligned before execution. You’ll work alongside a large, experienced Epicor consulting and development team, giving you strong internal support and collaboration.Responsibilities- Lead discovery conversations with clients to understand business and technical requirements - Architect high-level Epicor solutions and define project scope - Prepare accurate project estimates and customer quotes - Translate client needs into clear documentation for delivery teams - Collaborate with consultants and developers to validate feasibility and approach - Support project planning and technical oversight through delivery - Act as a trusted advisor to customers on Epicor best practicesRequirements- Strong working knowledge of Epicor ERP environments and architecture - Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts (integrations, customizations, data flows) without hands-on coding responsibilities - Experience in client-facing consulting, project management, or solution architecture roles - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to balance technical feasibility with business requirementsWhat We Offer- Base salary: $80,000–$85,000 - Opportunity to work with a well-established Epicor partner and a collaborative, experienced team - Exposure to diverse Epicor projects across multiple industries - Transparent growth path within a supportive organization
