In this Casual RN position, your primary focus will be on delivering personalized nursing care while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. You'll employ your clinical judgment to ensure residents' safety and comfort, with availability for flexible shifts—Day, Evening, or Night—to support their needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality nursing care through assessment and evaluation
• Administer medications following strict regulatory standards




• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health status
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Park Place policies
• Offer emotional support to residents and their families
Requirements:
• Registered RN with good standing in BCCNM
• Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Excellent critical thinking capabilities
