We are looking for a skilled capable of quickly learning and retaining knowledge about fencing products.Main ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting our Châteauguay location in selecting the products required for their fencing projectsRecommend relevant upselling opportunities to ensure customers have everything they need and that products meet their expectationsManage the full sales cycle of each projectLearn product functionalities and industry standards to properly advise customers on best installation practicesAssist other team members with transactions when neededRepresent the company at 2–3 trade shows annuallyBusiness developmentPerform other related tasksProvide excellent customer serviceSkills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (BBA)4+ years of experience in direct or internal salesStrong aptitude for sales and customer serviceExcellent knowledge of products and services to be promotedStrong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to work from different store locations when requiredStrong organizational skills and ability to work independentlyPersuasive communication skillsGood stress managementAdditional InformationHours per week: 40 hoursEmployment status: Full-timeSalary: $62,400/year (depending on experience)Languages RequiredSpoken: French and EnglishWritten: French and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
