This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with the public, providing solid customer service, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment. Training will be provided.



ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain safety on-site by remaining alert and visible Provide excellent customer service while interacting with the public Support site operations by following post orders and security procedures Respond professionally to incidents and escalate concerns as needed Maintain a calm and respectful approach during challenging situations RequirementsAvailable for full-time shifts, including nights, days, evenings, and weekends At least 1 year of experience Strong customer service skills Comfortable working with the public Willing to complete training (training provided) Nice to HaveValid Manitoba Security Guard License One year Security experience Able to attend 3–5 days of unpaid training during business hours on weekdays Available to work Full Time BenefitsHealth Care Dental On-the-Job Training
