Salary

$45k - $55k, depending on experience

We Offer:

- Competitive starting salary ($45k to $55k) depending on experience
- Review for increases after 3, 6 and 9 months based on performance
- Opportunity for future increases based on leadership and troubleshooting skills
- Monday – Friday (2 pm to 10 pm), Saturdays and Sundays on O/T rates
- Training for the first 2 weeks will be 11 am to 7 pm
- 2 weeks of vacation per year, with 3 weeks after 5 years

About the Opportunity: We are looking for an Afternoon Shift Team Leader with immaculate attention to detail to join our team! The specific responsibilities include:

- Supervision: Oversee and direct the activities of employees during their shift.
- Task Management: Delegate tasks, monitor progress,



and ensure timely completion of work.
- Scheduling: Organize shift schedules, manage attendance, and address time-off requests.
- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training, offer feedback, and help new team members adapt to their roles.
- Problem Solving: Address operational issues, resolve conflicts, and manage customer complaints.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help improve team performance.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders during their shift and communicate effectively with other shifts.

Previous Experience Required for the Afternoon Shift Team Leader role:

- Prior experience in food or packaged goods manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in the food industry related to manufacturing
