Senior Product Manager for School Bus – Safe FleetJob SummaryAs a Senior Product Manager for School Bus at Safe Fleet, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our School Bus focused product offering covering hardware and software for our end-to-end video solutions. You will be responsible for managing the entire offering for the School Bus Market working with the overall Product Management Team and your peers managing different parts of our Solution offering. Your primary focus will be on deeply understanding the customer needs and executing a School Bus focused product strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and growth targets.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with customers and other customer facing teams to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define product requirements and roadmaps.Maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the School Bus market.Define and document product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, engineering capacity and market opportunities.Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of software and hardware products.Drive product launches, including go‑to‑market strategies, pricing, positioning, and sales enablement.Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.CompensationCompensation is base salary.
