This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in construction and prefab manufacturing.The Laborer will support framers, carpenters, and shop teams with day-to-day tasks both in the manufacturing facility and on job sites. No formal experience is required—a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety are essential.DutiesAssist framers and carpenters with prefab assembly and on-site construction tasksLoad, unload, and move materials, tools,
