Specific accountabilities include validation and processing of expense reports, p-card logs and time and labour hours.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESValidates completeness and accuracy of time and labour hours and follows up on missing information to ensure timely processing.Reconciles the PCard Log to the PCard Statement, ensures completeness and accuracy, reviews supporting documentation, follows upon on missing information, and ensures proper authorization has been received.Pulls supporting documentation as directed by Finance for audit supportFiles processed documents according to the various filing categories within the established time frameSorts, date stamps and distributes incoming mail on a daily basis.Other duties as assigned.FINANCE SPECIFIC SCOPE/DEFINITIONPortfolio Scope/ComplexityHigh volume, recurring, routine and basic transactional processingComplexity of AccountingRequires basic understanding of project coordination, purchasing and accounting systems.Involvement in Full Cycle AccountingTransactional support for a process within an accounting cycle (i.E. processing expense reports, p-card logs and time and labour reports)Preparation of Financial InformationGathers data for data processingMinimal reporting – i.E. p-card suspense log, missing time and labour reports,
