Engineering ManagerAbout the RoleResponsibilities:Implement product feature development in alignment with the company’s business strategy and product roadmap.Develop business analysis and requirement documents, with support from the Product Manager, based on a strong understanding of business needs and product features.Conduct research and technical validation of new infrastructure, services, and frameworks to support business and technical requirements.Leverage AI coding tools to drive end-to-end engineering workflows, including design, development, testing, and delivery.Provide timely and effective technical support to sales and customer support teams, resolve production issues, and manage feature requests.Support and mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.Stay up to date with the latest development tools and technologies, and continuously expand knowledge through learning and industry engagement.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering,



or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in web application development and 2+ years in engineering management.Full product development lifecycle experience in SaaS platforms or enterprise systems.Proficiency in backend development (e.G., .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework) or frontend development (e.G., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).Robust expertise in database design, management, and SQL performance tuning; familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, or similar databases.Solid experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.G., AWS, Azure) and modern frameworks for SaaS platform development.Strong project management skills, including requirement analysis, system design, planning, progress tracking, risk management, and documentation.Excellent leadership, logical thinking, and communication skills.Experience working with AI-driven products or technologies is a strong plus.Salary: $120,000 – 160,000 per yearLocation: This position is a fully on-site role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
