The position involves working in a fast-paced setting, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks following company recipes and standardsOperate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handlingTake customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly serviceHandle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change using basic math skillsMaintain cleanliness of the work area,



including food preparation stations and dining spacesFollow food safety procedures and proper food handling protocols at all timesAssist with food preparation and serving light food items as neededManage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periodsUphold high standards of customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guestsSkillsProven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferredStrong knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transactionsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly attitudeAbility to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quicklyGood time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hoursKnowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling proceduresExperience with serving, food preparation, and cashiering is advantageousAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailThis position offers an engaging work setting where your skills in food service, customer interaction, and multitasking will be valued.
