We are seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Junior IT/VoIP Call Centre Tech to join our team! You will work with our IT/VoIP project support team to support our clients across Canada and the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage a large number of calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify customer needs.
- Implement the correct solutions for customers.
- Use our ticketing system to track customer requests and resolutions.
- Meet targets in terms of response time and customer satisfaction.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

- Work from our office in Vaughan, Ontario.
- Some experience providing technical support to end users in a Microsoft Enterprise environment and/or post secondary education in an IT related field.
- Must have strong verbal and written fluency in English and French.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Robust troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Must provide a clean Criminal Background Check (CRJMC).
- Genuine interest in learning telephony and Linux systems.

ASSETS (NOT REQUIRED – WE TRAIN)

- Any exposure to VoIP, SIP, or 3CX v20.
- Debian OS.




- Home lab, home lab networking, or self-taught IT tinkering.
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or IT-related education.

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT

- Full Time.

SALARY RANGE

- $50K to $60K per year, based on skills and experience.

WORKING HOURS

- Rotating, scheduled additional on-call for after-hours emergencies.
- Any after-hours work is paid at a minimum of 3 hours per occurrence.

- In-office, in-person.
