We are looking for a Manager of Global Business Seller Strategy & Operations to own the strategy for seller discovery and seller storefronts on eBay. This role reports to the head of Global Business Selling & Stores Strategy and will lead key initiatives that support the business selling experience and drive success for our sellers.About The Team And The RoleThe Global Business Selling & Stores team, part of eBay’s Global Markets organization, helps sellers start and grow their businesses on our platform. The team collaborates across the enterprise to deliver a value proposition that attracts, retains, and protects sellers—from small entrepreneurs to global brands.What You’ll AccomplishStrategy Definition: Build the business case and develop the strategy for seller discovery and storefronts, identifying key buyer and seller needs and developing strategies to drive seller success and deliver on business goals.Ensure Roadmap Delivery: Influence roadmap development and support the successful delivery of outcomes across product, marketing, trust, and seller engagement to achieve business and strategic goals for Business Selling.Go to Market Strategy: Build the strategic narrative for Stores initiatives for both eBay buyers and business sellers, ensuring new initiatives and product releases reinforce the buyer and seller value proposition. Drive awareness and adoption for Stores initiatives by partnering with product, product marketing, channels, and ops.Results and Accountability: Define and own reporting against key performance indicators along owned initiatives.Who You AreStrategic, and an operator: Translate enterprise goals and seller needs into strategies and drive outcomes with key partners across the organization.Someone with an inclination towards data/evidence and a high level of comfort with analytical approaches (qualitative/quantitative) to derive actionable insights.Distill what is important vs. just interesting,



and move from observation to action.A structured thinker that can break down ambiguous problems into tangible solutions and actionable plans.An exceptional communicator (verbal and written) who can adapt to different audiences and objectives.What You Will BringDemonstrated intellectual curiosity about e‑commerce, marketplace, and tech, with empathy for sellers and a natural instinct to help solve their problems. Seller experience (casual or beyond) is a plus.Track record of bringing initiatives from ideas to execution and strong ability to build and implement project plans.Collaborative and candid approach, influencing cross‑functional partners through domain expertise, quality work, and relationships.6+ years of related experience; experience in management consulting or major corporation strategy roles is a plus.Business function experience in retail, e‑commerce, or consumer tech in product, product marketing, general management, or related roles; cross‑disciplinary experience is a plus.BA/BS required, MBA or similar graduate degree preferred.A passion for selling on marketplace platforms.Geo / TravelAbility to be present at an eBay office 3 days per week.Occasional travel to San Jose HQ and/or other global locations as needed.Additional DetailsThe base pay range for this position is expected to be betweenC$102,800 and C$137,200 .Base pay may vary based on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) plus a full range of benefits, including medical, financial, and other plans such as RRSP eligibility and paid time off perks (e.G., PTO and parental leave).
