This role is ideal for a seasoned construction leader with deep experience overseeing greenfield builds, major ICI renovations, and large-format retail projects (preferably grocery). You’ll play a key role in executing multimillion‑dollar programs, elevating design standards, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and aligned to brand and regulatory requirements.This position requires strong field presence and close collaboration with internal partners, external consultants, and third‑party construction managers. You’ll be the subject matter expert onsite resolving issues, directing change, validating quality, and guiding senior leadership through active project sites. The role also drives innovation by shaping new prototypes, improving design processes, and evaluating emerging materials and technologies.What You’ll DoOversee greenfield builds and large-scale ICI renovation projects, with a strong focus on retail/grocery environmentsProvide on-site construction leadership: visit sites, review progress, and ensure quality meets specificationsLead and coordinate third-party construction managers and consultant teams across multiple locationsManage change orders, schedules, budgets, risks,
