Here's a little more…As an Early Childhood Assistant - Float, you will...Assist in providing care for the physical and emotional needs of childrenDevelop and encourage positive and secure relationships with childrenAssist with program planning and implementation and the preparation and implementation of a culturally sensitive program planPromote the development and well-being of children through an enriched physical and social environmentCommunicate with families, other staff and the manager, keeping the manager informed of any concernsProvide a safe physical environment for children Split Shift availability is a requirement.You will be set up for success if youhave… Minimum one (1) year of work experience with children and families.
