Overview Job Title:IT Support Specialist Job Location- Toronto, ON Pay - CAD 65,000 Working hours - 33 hours per week. Duties Provide first-level technical support to employees for computer systems, hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems Monitor system performance and security, and escalate issues when required Assist in maintaining internal IT systems and AI-related tools Document problems and resolutions for future reference Coordinate with vendors and external service providers as needed Provide guidance and training to staff on IT systems. Qualifications College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks Experience maintaining internal IT systems and supporting employees College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
