We are seeking a dependable Universal Caregiver/Medication Tech for our overnight team. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, administering medications, and performing light housekeeping duties. Robust communication skills and the ability to work independently overnight are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Administer medications following care plans
• Perform light housekeeping tasks in residents' areas
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers
• Respond promptly to resident needs throughout the shift
Requirements:
• CNA or AL Medication Tech certification preferred
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus
