As a full time Food & Beverage Supervisor for Pursuit, you'll be integral to our Spring/Summer 2026 seasonal hiring. Your responsibilities include training staff, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing inventory management. You'll ensure our guests receive the highest quality of service in this spectacular setting at the top of Banff Gondola.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and train front of house staff effectively
• Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations efficiently
• Coordinate inventory and orders with the manager




• Ensure cash and transactions are handled accurately
• Address guest inquiries and service issues proactively
Requirements:
• A minimum of one year in a supervisory role in Food & Beverage
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience handling high-volume, fast-paced service
• Proficient with POS and cash handling procedures
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions outdoors
