This will be a permanent opportunity!Benefits & PerksCompensation:$95,000– $115,000 CAD + annual performance-based bonusPlease note, this role will be Hybrid at the client’s downtown Toronto, ON office (8 times a month)Permanent, full-time position + BenefitsResponsibilitiesOversee and prepare financial reports and profit allocation statements, including calculation of Net Asset Value (NAV) in line with client deadlinesAct as primary liaison with clients regarding monthly reporting and inquiriesReview and ensure timely, accurate responses to client and external stakeholder requestsSupervise, mentor, and support fund accounting staff with monthly deliverablesLead and manage a team of 5+ accounting professionals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fund administration processesParticipate in new client onboarding and fund launches, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to requirementsReview and enhance administrative and accounting procedures to improve NAV production efficiencyEnsure compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and reporting standardsSupport strategic departmental initiatives and ad hoc projects as requiredQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance,
