THE OPPORTUNITY Tundra is excited to announce an opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager, based out of the Virden, MB office. The main responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager are to lead procurement, supply chain, and inventory strategies for Tundra Oil & Gas, ensuring reliable supply, cost effectiveness, and alignment with operational and business objectives. This includes sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory and asset utilization,



and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. REPORTS TO Vice President, Facilities & Field Operations WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with operational and business objectives. Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost savings and value creation opportunities. Establish and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Develop and manage preferred supplier programs and strategic vendor relationships. Lead sourcing initiatives, including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, evaluations, and contract awards. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, service levels, and contract terms with suppliers and contractors. Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, corporate policies, and ethical procurement standards. Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and other stakeholders to support business requirements. Source materials, equipment, and services to support operational and project activities.
