This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical leadership, client interaction, and helping shape the growth of a high-performing electrical group.You'll play a key role in project delivery, team development, and client relationships across a diverse portfolio of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple electrical design projects from concept through constructionProvide technical oversight and quality control for electrical designs and documentationMentor and develop junior and intermediate designers/engineersPrepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical reportsCoordinate with mechanical, structural, architectural, and civil teamsParticipate in client meetings, site visits, and construction coordinationSupport contract administration, including shop drawing reviews and site reviewsContribute to project planning,
