CHEO RI in Ottawa invites a Postdoctoral Fellow in Rare Disease Bioinformatics to develop and optimize scalable genomic analysis workflows. You will support AI/ML-enabled interpretation and perform end-to-end genomic analyses in Linux/HPC environments.
The role requires a PhD in a related field and robust experience with NGS data, variant interpretation, and containerized pipelines. On-site in Ottawa with hybrid flexibility, collaborating with clinicians and researchers at CHEO RI.
