We are seeking a professional and highly organized Truck Dispatcher to oversee daily transportation operations and ensure the effective and timely movement of freight.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and dispatch drivers and freight shipments.
- Monitor load status and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication with drivers, brokers, and customers.
- Address operational issues and support on-time deliveries.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with transportation regulations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in trucking dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with dispatch software, Microsoft Office, and load boards is an asset.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
