Seeking someone in the Mississauga area, the office is very close to the airport.

This in an "in office" position, in the office 5 days per week

This position reports to the Senior Manager – Finance and is responsible for various accounts payable, fixed asset accounting, some tax activities, and various other accounting duties.

Key responsibilities:

- Process vendor and service providers invoices for payment
- Review vendor and service provider agreements
- Monitor company expenditures such as fixed assets
- Verify contractors expense reports and process payments
- File and pay taxes
- Financial reporting relating to Inventory, Fixed Assets and AP
- Inventory counts and reconciliation of inventory
- Reconcile statements and payment records on a timely basis
- Ensure payment credits are applied correctly
- Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments
- Streamline payment process
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualification Requirements:

- Expert user of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
