ensuring compliance with policies and promoting growth and training.Manage day‑to‑day departmental administrative tasks.Support multidisciplinary equipment design and development efforts.Create and manage design checklists to validate alignment with standards; implement corrective actions when needed.Manage corrective‑action and open‑issue lists.Lead development of process flow diagrams and control strategies.Develop and maintain customer‑oriented departmental strategies.Assist in budgeting for new products and design tools.Maintain and improve design systems, build standards, and project‑management procedures.Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.Perform other related duties as required.What We’re Looking ForUndergraduate degree in Engineering.5+ years of experience working with automation equipment.5+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role.Strong understanding of automated solutions and assembly processes.Ability to synthesize and communicate concepts and design solutions clearly.Mechanical aptitude.Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management, and problem‑solving skills.Proficient in FMEA and GD&T.High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation.Bonus Points If You HaveExperience with SolidWorks PDM, Questica,
